Description: Nine concolor flowers and six buds on fifteen arching to arching pendulous tri-segmented, 9.0-cm solitary inflorescences emerging from between pseudobulb sheaths on a compact plant 25.0-cm by 34.0-cm grown in a 12.5-cm plastic azalea pot consisting of eight leafless pseudobulbs hidden by dried sheaths and nine foliated pseudobulbs completely encased by distichous, imbricate, leaf-bearing 3.5-cm to 6.0-cm sheaths carrying attenuate, oblanceolate, acuminate, 10.0-cm – 32.0-cm long by 1.6-cm to 3.4-cm wide leaves; sepals yellow-cream, lateral sepals darker proximal inferior half; petals yellow-cream; lip semi-saccate bright yellow, margins yellow-cream, crest two raised curved triangular teeth; column white, anther cap white; substance medium, lateral sepal proximal inferior half heavy; texture crystalline; two flower bracts, the inner one narrow; originating from Colombia; pending SITF verification; recognized for concolor flowers and rarity in cultivation.
